Electrical Foreman

Job Description We're seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical crews on projects throughout New York City. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive field experience, and the ability to coordinate manpower, materials, schedules, and quality while working closely with project management and general contractors. Responsibilities - Supervise electricians, mechanics, and helpers - Plan daily work activities and assign tasks - Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades - Review construction drawings and identify field conflicts - Order materials and monitor productivity - Conduct safety meetings and enforce company safety standards - Perform quality control inspections - Mentor junior electricians and maintain project schedules - Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards Requirements - 7+ years of commercial electrical experience - Previous foreman or crew leadership experience - OSHA 30 required - 62-Hour SST Supervisor Card preferred or required depending on project - Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate field activities - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
