General Laborer

Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving construction materials and equipment. Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, HVAC technicians, etc.) with various construction tasks. Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris, hazards, and waste materials. Set up and take down scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures. Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact materials as directed. Operate basic hand and power tools such as shovels, drills, saws, and jackhammers. Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks. Follow safety protocols and site-specific procedures at all times. Previous experience in construction or general labor preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed. Understanding of basic construction site safety practiceses and protocolsols.
