Construction Worker / Finish Carpenter & General Labor

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Lunch: 30-minute paid lunch break This position involves general construction, renovation, and interior finishing work. The employee is responsible for completing demolition, installation, repair, and finishing tasks while maintaining a clean and safe work area. Scope of Work: Interior demolition and removal of existing materials Installation and adjustment of doors Installation of moldings, trim, baseboards, and other finish carpentry Sheetrock/drywall installation and repair Plastering, patching, and surface preparation Interior painting, including preparation, priming, and finish coats Caulking around doors, moldings, trim, and other finished surfaces Minor repairs and general construction work as required Job-site cleanup and proper handling of tools and materials Employees are expected to arrive on time, work safely and efficiently, properly use and care for tools and equipment, maintain quality workmanship, and follow job-site instructions and safety procedures.
