Drywall Job

Crewmark Construction LLC is looking for an experienced drywall worker who can take the lead on small to medium residential and commercial projects in NYC. We need someone who truly knows drywall and can work independently without needing constant direction. You should be able to look at the job, understand what needs to be done, organize the other workers, and complete the project correctly from start to finish. Responsibilities include: * Hanging and installing drywall * Measuring and cutting accurately * Taping, mudding, finishing, and sanding * Patching and repairing drywall * Preparing walls for paint * Reading the scope of work and planning the job * Leading 1–3 other workers when needed * Making sure the work is done cleanly and on schedule * Communicating with Crewmark about progress, materials, and any issues We are looking for someone with real drywall experience who can be trusted to run the job when the owner is not on site. This is currently project-based / on-call work. More consistent work will be available as the company grows. Must be reliable, professional, and able to get to jobs throughout NYC. English is preferred because you may need to communicate with contractors, property managers, and other workers. Pay depends on if you are foreman or installer. Bonuses available
